We're looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join a high‑performing Software Engineering team delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions that make a real business impact. You'll work alongside architects, product leaders, and developers to build scalable, modern CRM solutions using the latest Salesforce technologies.

As a Sr. Salesforce Developer, you will lead CRM implementations, maintain data integrity, and drive user adoption through targeted training and support. Reporting to the AVP of Software Engineering, this role requires technical expertise in Salesforce development, proactive problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

• Configure and develop Salesforce Lightning applications using APEX, Visualforce, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Lead CRM implementations, focusing on best practices, effective deployment, and successful rollouts that ensure data integrity and user adoption.
• Work on third‑party integrations, such as Docu Sign, to enhance Salesforce functionality and usability.
• Contribute to Agile and Scrum processes to support team productivity and solution effectiveness.
• Utilize CI/CD tools for streamlined deployment, ensuring all development aligns with version control protocols.
• Use testing tools and techniques to ensure the quality and integrity of solutions within development and integration environments.
• Work autonomously to meet project milestones, while effectively communicating with stakeholders and team members.
• Identify and address challenges with a critical thinking approach to deliver optimized solutions.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree, professional certification, or equivalent experience.

• 10+ years of Salesforce development experience with expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, Visualforce, Triggers, and SOQL.
• Experience with Salesforce Omni Studio (OmniScripts, Flex Cards, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures) and CRM Analytics.
• Strong background integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications using REST APIs, JSON, XML, and related technologies.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CI/CD, Git, Salesforce DX, and Agile development.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (additional Salesforce certifications are an asset).
