Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with strong expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) within the Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will lead design and development efforts, drive best practices, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end design and development of Salesforce solutions in the Insurance domain.
- Provide technical leadership across Salesforce FSC implementations.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Insurance lifecycle processes (lead to policy servicing).
- Drive integration strategy and implementation (CTI, SSO, external systems).
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders.
- Mentor developers and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Support production issues and continuous improvement initiatives.
- 10+ years of Salesforce implementation.
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) within the Insurance domain.
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Lead in Insurance projects.
- Strong understanding of Insurance business processes, including:
- Lead management
- Quote management
- Policy lifecycle (pre-bind and post-bind servicing)
- Customer interactions and account management
- Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce core functionalities:
- Leads
- Accounts
- Contacts
- Quotes
- Interactions
- Post-bind policy lifecycle
- 1+ year of experience with Five9 CTI integration.
- 1+ year of experience with Okta or other SSO solutions.
- Hands on experience in developing integration with Guidewire.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer, Application Architect, FSC certification).
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior onsite/offshore coordination experience.
- Proven track record in leading Salesforce implementations in Insurance.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Hands‑on technical expertise combined with strategic thinking.
- Knowledge of data migration and data governance in Salesforce.
- Exposure to additional CTI tools or identity providers.
