At MNP, you will play a key leadership role in the Digital Solutions practice. Your expertise in .NET, Azure, and CMS modernization will guide a cross-functional team, ensuring high-quality execution of project work streams. Collaborating closely with solution architects, you'll translate architecture into actionable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own project delivery execution, ensuring quality and timeliness

• Lead a diverse team of developers, QA specialists, and analysts

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members

• Identify and resolve blockers to enhance team productivity

• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent

• 5+ years in .NET development, particularly C# and ASP.NET Core

• 2+ years hands-on Azure experience

• Strong knowledge of Dev Ops practices, including CI/CD

• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
