Join the AI GPU Software Group at AMD as an Engineer focused on profiling tools. This role emphasizes advanced coding in C++ and Python, contributing to high-quality technology solutions.
As a profiling tool developer, you’ll work closely with diverse teams within AMD to refine and enhance the capabilities of the ROCm Profiling Tools. You will design, code, test, and implement solutions while prioritizing modularity and interoperability. Your strong communication skills will facilitate collaboration across teams, ensuring the effective delivery of features and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with profiling tools team and open-source code base
• Design and integrate features for profiling tools stack
• Implement scalable data transfer solutions for distributed environments
• Refactor code to improve modularity and interoperability
• Adapt quickly to new code bases and ensure software quality
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science or related field
• Advanced skills in C++ and Python development
• Experience in API design for large-scale applications
• Familiarity with multi-threaded asynchronous coding
• Knowledge of Linux, Git Hub, and Docker environments
