As the Developer Manager at The Nationwide Group, you will guide a team of developers in creating and maintaining Java-based applications for the financial services sector. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and mentor a team of Java developers
• Design and implement RESTful APIs using Spring Boot
• Lead modernization of existing codebases into APIs
• Architect applications deployed on AWS
• Collaborate with product and QA teams for releases
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or similar
• 7+ years of experience in software development
• Proven team leadership abilities
• Expertise in RESTful APIs and microservices
• Experience leveraging AI tools for development
