Key Responsibilities:
• Drive end-to-end feature development from concept to launch
• Collaborate closely with product and design teams

• Participate in on-call rotations to address incidents
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in production-grade software
• Strong API and service development skills (Ruby on Rails)
• Knowledge of modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React)
• Experience with transactional databases and caching systems
• Ability to navigate ambiguous environments and define solutions
