In this role within the Personal AGI team, you’ll examine current model behaviors and translate insights into effective evaluations and improvements. By collaborating across departments, you will empower consumers to optimize AI tools, addressing the disparity between power users and regular users. Engage in deep code debugging and implementation under a hybrid work model of three days in-office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead research to boost model performance
• Work closely with product and research teams
• Create evaluations to measure progress
• Implement, test, and debug research code
Requirements:
• In-depth knowledge of machine learning principles
• Familiarity with relevant models and evaluations
• Comfort debugging extensive ML code
• Ability to thrive in technically complex environments
