Join Chime as a Membership Software Engineer and help elevate the financial experiences of our community. Build robust features while collaborating in a hybrid work setting.
As part of Chime's growing Membership team, you will own projects that enhance member engagement through innovative software development.
Your role includes designing backend services and creating seamless UI experiences within Chime's mobile app. Collaborating with various stakeholders to understand requirements is key.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and test membership features for mobile apps
• Create APIs and ensure optimal user experience
• Work closely with cross-functional teams for feature enhancements
• Utilize a metrics-driven approach to guide development
• Ensure high code quality and maintainability
Requirements:
• 2+ years in a production software environment
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails or equivalent
• Knowledge of modern front-end technologies
• Strong team collaboration abilities
• Solid grasp of databases and API architectures
