Key Responsibilities:

• Create and product ionize core ranking and retrieval algorithms

• Implement AI and LLM advancements in recommendations

• Engage closely with Product and Engineering teams

• Conduct rigorous offline and online experiments

• Maintain high standards for ML system development

Requirements:

• 7+ years in deploying machine learning solutions

• Background in applied science and engineering for ML

• Knowledge of ML tools like Databricks and SQL

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• BS or MS in Computer Science or relevant field
