Your expertise will be pivotal as you leverage AI agents to enhance productivity and deliver features that resonate with millions of learners. You will guide your team in establishing best practices around AI utilization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive end-to-end feature ownership within production
• Establish agentic workflows across software development
• Set architectural and technical standards for shipped code
• Partner with cross-functional teams for project alignment
• Regularly refactor to improve code quality and maintainability
Requirements:
• 5+ years in software engineering focused on consumer applications
• 2+ years of hands-on AI tool experience
• Understanding of software design patterns and life cycles
• Proven ability to deliver cross-platform applications
• Strong teamwork and communication capabilities
