Aviva is searching for a skilled engineer to lead the development of Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions, enhancing business processes. You’ll collaborate with engineering and data teams to create autonomous agents and AI copilots capable of transforming enterprise workflows. Your efforts will ensure the scalable deployment of AI systems, following strict compliance guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement Generative AI services
• Build retrieval-augmented generation pipelines
• Develop semantic search and document intelligence systems
• Create reusable frameworks for prompt management
• Monitor AI and agent outputs for quality
Requirements:
• 6+ years in Software or AI engineering
• Master’s or Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related
• Strong Python programming skills
• Experience with Snowflake or cloud platforms
• Knowledge of containerization technologies
