Integration Technical Leadership Role

Become an Integration Tech Lead at Tech Mahindra, where hybrid work meets innovative technology. Lead the design and development of applications using .NET, C#, and modern frameworks like Angular and React.

This full-time role requires a driven individual to manage digital application integrations while ensuring adherence to quality and security standards. As a technical leader, you will mentor a team, tackle complex challenges, and work on API-led integrations.

Your role is pivotal in transforming business requirements into effective technical architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee application design using C# and .NET MVC

• Implement and support API integrations using RESTful services

• Conduct design and code quality reviews

• Provide mentorship to development team members

• Collaborate on Agile planning and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Strong familiarity with C#, .NET, Angular, and React

• Experience with SQL databases and version control (Git)

• Understanding of cloud technologies and containerization is beneficial

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education required

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
