Key Responsibilities:

• Design customizable Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions

• Interact with clients for solution design and implementation

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in CRM implementation processes

• 2 years specifically with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform

• Development knowledge in Power Automate and ASP.Net

• Proven familiarity with the full SDLC

• Open to travel across Canada for work
