This Markham, ON-based hybrid role involves working with the Discrete GPU Platform Firmware Operations team. In this position, you will represent firmware in cross-organizational meetings and lead discussions on critical defect resolution. Your expertise will be vital in implementing platform architectures and driving technical initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Influence architecture decisions across engineering teams
• Be the firmware Point of Contact in technical meetings
• Drive the debug process for firmware issues
• Participate in customer engagements and technical reviews
• Review requirements for firmware enhancements
Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience in hardware/software development
• Technical leadership in embedded systems and firmware
• Knowledge of complex system integration
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field
