HCM Transformation Architect - Kinark Services

Join Kinark Child and Family Services as an HCM Transformation Architect and lead the development of Dayforce solutions. This full-time remote role focuses on improving HR capabilities and employee experiences.

The Lead Architect will play a critical role in shaping Kinark's approach to Human Capital Management. You'll leverage your advanced Dayforce expertise to identify and automate existing processes, ensuring alignment with P&C strategies. Your leadership will be pivotal in translating stakeholder needs into innovative technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and govern Dayforce solution architectures

• Facilitate technical discovery workshops

• Automate employee lifecycle processes

• Lead integrations of HR and Payroll data

• Ensure compliance and data governance

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in IT or related field

• Minimum 8 years of HCM implementation experience

• Minimum 4 years as a Dayforce Lead Architect

• Proven experience in large-scale implementations

• Strong communication and organizational skills
