As a Principal Statistical Programmer, you will lead complex projects that demand high statistical expertise and project management proficiency. Your responsibilities will include developing dataset specifications and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. You will also serve as a mentor for less experienced programmers, enhancing their capabilities and supporting team growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and resolve challenging statistical programming tasks
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality programming outputs
• Represent Everest in client and regulatory agency interactions
• Oversee training and development of junior team members
• Validate and document data following all SOPs
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in relevant fields with at least 8 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years in statistical programming
• Expertise in CDISC standards and regulatory submissions
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Leadership in managing complex programming projects
