Software Developer - Amdocs Clarify CRM​/Java

Our client is seeking a contract based Software Engineer with a focus on Amdocs Clarify CRM. The ideal candidate brings strong Java, Spring Boot, Oracle, API and full-stack development experience
, along with the ability to work across complex enterprise systems.

Experience with
Amdocs Clarify CRM is highly desirable, although experience with other enterprise CRM platforms will also be considered.

Location:

Hybrid 4d/week Markham

Duration: 12 months

• Design, develop, enhance and support enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Oracle and CRM technologies
  .
• Support and enhance applications built on Amdocs Clarify CRM
  .
• Develop scalable and secure REST APIs, microservices and distributed applications
  .
• Contribute to modernization initiatives using React, Next.js, Node.js/NestJS, Azure and cloud-native technologies
  .
• Troubleshoot complex application and production issues and improve platform stability and performance.
• Participate in technical discovery, requirements analysis, solution design and backlog refinement.
• Support application releases, branching, code merges, deployments and CI/CD pipelines
  .
• Document application architecture, integrations, deployment processes and operational procedures.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies and opportunities to reduce technical debt.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA, Architects and other technical and business stakeholders.

• 5+ years of software development experience
  , with strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot and Oracle
  .
• Strong experience designing and developing RESTful APIs, microservices and distributed applications
  .
• Experience with EJB and Web Logic
  , or demonstrated ability to quickly learn and work effectively with these technologies.
• Experience developing modern web applications using React and Node.js-based frameworks;
  NestJS is preferred.
• Strong SQL skills with experience in relational database design, data modelling and query optimization
  .
• Experience with Azure or AWS cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with containers, CI/CD pipelines and modern Dev Ops practices.
• Understanding of microservices, event-driven architecture and API-first design
  .
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum software delivery teams.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to independently own technical deliverables from design through production deployment.

• Hands-on experience with Amdocs Clarify CRM
  .
• Experience with other enterprise CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Service Now
  .
• Experience modernizing legacy enterprise applications and integrating them with modern platforms.
• Knowledge of Azure technologies including API Management (APIM), Azure Container Apps, Azure Functions, Application Insights and Log Analytics
  .
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Bicep, Terraform, ARM Templates or Pulumi
  .
• Knowledge of observability, monitoring, telemetry, distributed tracing and production support.
• Previous experience within utilities, telecommunications, customer service or enterprise CRM environments
  .
