As a seasoned leader, you will build and grow the Data Center GFX firmware team from the ground up. This role includes recruiting top talent, setting technical direction, and ensuring effective execution from concept to production. You will oversee architecture, SOC-level debug, and foster a collaborative culture of excellence among engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit and onboard firmware engineers across all levels
• Drive SOC debug strategies; resolve complex issues
• Set goals and communicate plans to senior leadership
• Own the firmware feature roadmap; balance priorities
• Mentor engineers and cultivate a culture of improvement
Requirements:
• Deep expertise in GFX/SOC architecture and debug
• Proven record in building and leading engineering teams
• Hands-on firmware development in C or assembly
• Strong technical communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering or related field
