The co-op Technical Writer creates clear, user-focused Service Release documentation that explains software functionality and supports effective product use. Content covers homebuilding software applications, including core modules such as Accounting, Sales, Scheduling, Workflow, and Reporting.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong attention to detail.
- Commitment to improving the customer experience through clear user materials and effective teamwork.
- Ability to quickly learn ERP software applications and analyze and synthesize information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, both independently and collaboratively, in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with ability to manage multiple assignments
- Ability to track documentation progress from initial creation through approval and final release.
- Comfort using Azure Dev Ops and a willingness to apply AI tools to streamline processes and create user-friendly documentation.

Salary Range (Ontario & BC Only):
The estimated base salary range for this role is CAD $22.50 - CAD $27.50 per hour.
