Ensure exceptional service as a Delivery Specialist for recent and Certified Pre-Owned Audis. Located in Unionville, ON, this position focuses on vehicle delivery and customer experience.
As a Delivery Specialist, you will coordinate with the sales staff and oversee the registration and insurance process.
Your role involves final quality inspections, physical delivery, and explaining vehicle features to customers. This is a customer service-centric role where your outgoing personality and organizational skills will shine.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet customers to establish your delivery role
• Coordinate with sales on vehicle delivery logistics
• Process registration and insurance paperwork
• Schedule Final Quality Inspections effectively
• Provide a thorough vehicle feature overview during delivery
Requirements:
• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Time management and organizational abilities
• Prior vehicle delivery experience preferred
• OMVIC registration and valid driver's license needed
• Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset
