Position: Permanent ICI Route Supervisor

Miller Waste Systems, a recognized leader in waste management since 1961, is seeking a full-time ICI Route Supervisor to oversee collections in York Region. This position involves scheduling routes, ensuring safety compliance, and improving driver performance. Ideal candidates will enhance customer interactions and optimize team collaboration while adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and adjust collection routes per operational budget

• Ensure safety compliance and handle incident reporting

• Maintain excellent customer service in line with the service contract

• Lead team meetings and foster positive employee relations

• Track productivity metrics and hold employees accountable

Requirements:

• DZ Driver’s Licence and clean driving record

• Strong attendance and performance history

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Willingness to work Saturdays when needed

• Familiarity with the Greater Toronto Area preferred
