Sustana is seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator for a full-time position. You will manage internal fleet activities for recovered paper collection and coordinate third-party transportation when needed. This operational role is critical in maintaining clear communication among teams, routes, and conditions, streamlining dock access and shipment handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan daily internal fleet routes for recovered paper collection

• Coordinate third-party transportation as needed

• Communicate load details and appointments with carriers

• Monitor shipment status and respond to changes

• Maintain accurate scheduling and service records

Requirements:

• Degree in logistics, operations management, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of logistics planning experience

• Proficient in planning tools and ERP/MRP systems

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Forklift experience is an asset
