The Delivery Driver is responsible for reliably transporting medication and medical supplies in a safe and timely manner from the facility to medical clinics and to clients across Ontario. The role involves dedicated weekly delivery routes, picking up and dropping off items at scheduled times each day, and providing excellent customer service when interacting with clinic staff and customers. The Delivery Driver may be required to handle emergency or rush orders on an ad hoc basis and will work as part of the pharmacy team to ensure orders are complete, packed correctly, and safely delivered on time.
On occasion, assistance with pharmacy or warehouse duties may be requested by management.
- Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients in a safe, timely manner.
- Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure completeness and customer satisfaction.
- Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
- Unpacking delivery boxes at client sites as required.
- Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling client requests.
- Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
- Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
- Operating vehicles such as cars, trucks, and delivery vans.
- Assisting pharmacy staff with general housekeeping and other pharmacy/warehouse duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Delivery Driver (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license (Class G) in Ontario.
- Clean driving record.
- Experience driving a delivery van or truck is an asset.
- Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.
- Strong time management and customer service skills.
- Ability to drive for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Experience delivering to and from medical clinics or pharmacies is a strong asset.
- Ability to drive for extended periods across regions such as Windsor and/or Ottawa.
- Must be bondable and insurable and complete a criminal background check.
- Commitment to providing a high level of service to internal and external clients.

- The anticipated hourly hiring range for this role is $21–$23. The final hourly rate will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, and internal equity.
