Silent-Aire Shipping and Receiving Agent

As the Shipping and Receiving Agent, you will work under the Inventory Supervisor and handle both incoming and outgoing shipments with care. Your responsibilities will encompass loading/unloading materials, ensuring proper documentation, and performing quality checks on delivered items. This position is vital to maintaining operational flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load/unload shipments safely and efficiently

• Document processes accurately in Sage

• Prepare and coordinate shipments with various carriers

• Maintain equipment for material handling

• Report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years’ experience in shipping and receiving

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Basic math skills for tracking shipments

• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
