Ram Air Logistics Transportation Inc. is seeking a dedicated Truck Driver Supervisor. In this permanent, full-time role, you will coordinate the activities of drivers, organize delivery routes, and train staff on safety procedures. With tasks centered around problem-solving and logistics management, your leadership will be vital in meeting delivery schedules and maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate truck drivers' activities

• Organize delivery routes for daily schedules

• Train staff on safety and job duties

• Recommend personnel actions including hiring

• Track inventory and prepare work reports

Requirements:

• Minimum one year as driver or operator

• Valid G-class driver’s license with clean abstract

• Forklift driver certification is an asset

• Completion of high school or equivalent experience

• Knowledge of MTO regulations
