FedEx P&D Supervisor Position

Lead package delivery operations as a P&D Supervisor at Fed Ex Express. Manage flex drivers and ensure adherence to company safety standards in this frontline role.

The P&D Supervisor is essential to maintaining the Fed Ex Express Safety Above All Culture. With oversight of day-to-day flex routes and driver management, you will ensure efficient delivery operations. This role requires strong leadership and knowledge of operational systems, supported by 3 years of industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of flex drivers

• Ensure compliance with FXE policies and procedures

• Manage administrative processes efficiently

• Monitor safety training and driver performance

• Collaborate with the team to optimize delivery efficiency

Requirements:

• College Diploma or Equivalent required

• Minimum 3 years of industry experience

• Valid driver’s license with a good record

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 365

• Completion of defensive driver’s training

Effectively lead flex operations and support a culture of safety within Fed Ex Express.
