Foord Trucking is hiring a permanent part time shop and yard person. Hours are approximately 4-5 hours per day.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:- Assist in daily operations of the shop
- Clean and organize work areas and equipment
- Perform basic maintenance tasks on equipment
- Assist in inventory management and parts pick up
- Assist in shop yard maintenance
- Fuel equipment when needed
- Washing equipment
- Changing semi tires
- Must hold valid drivers license and clean driving abstract
- Be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Previous shop experience an asset
- Strong communications skills required
