Deliver packages efficiently as a Full-Time Courier with Fed Ex Canada. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage an assigned delivery route.
Fed Ex Canada is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Courier with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Candidates should possess a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. The ideal applicant will also have one year of customer-oriented experience and must pass driver assessment training to ensure safe operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide prompt pick-up and delivery of packages
• Ensure shipments conform to Fed Ex Canada standards
• Offer excellent customer service during all interactions
• Adhere to assigned delivery schedules and routes
• Maintain a good driving record and complete training assessments
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license with minimal violations
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and handle 150 lbs packages
• One year customer business experience preferred
• Strong communication and time management skills
