Stock shelves with receiving and stores items. Deliver received goods to various departments. Perform regular inventory counts for stores items and replenish when needed. Order inventory stock supplies to maintain quotas. Contributor Created with Sketch.Process
Fulfill daily/weekly print shop request. Update forms in system database. Receive items, verify supplier’s packing slip and complete and maintain receiving documentation. Process receiving documentation in the computer system. Troubleshoot mail room system. Assist the Stores Attendant as needed.Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ experience in print and copying using production machine, binding machines and copier systems. Minimum 3 years’ experience inventory and materials management replenishment controls. Previous Stores/Receiving experience is an asset. Demonstrated computer skills to ensure accuracy of inventory management and receiving information entered into the Plexxus module. Demonstrated good attendance and performance records with the ability to maintain these same standards. Strong customer service skills when dealing with suppliers and hospital staff. Strong organizational and priority setting skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Attention to detail in receiving, stores, copying and printing. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Frequent walking, climbing, pushing and pulling of carts and equipment.
