Role Details   $18.50 per hour
Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities  In this role, you will be responsible for:
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately using RF scanners or pick lists;
Follow first‑in, first‑out (FIFO) inventory practices;
Meet daily pick rate and accuracy targets;
Verify order contents before sealing and labeling packages;
Unload inbound shipments and verify contents;
Inspect incoming goods for damage or discrepancies and report issues;
Scan, label, and organize products into designated storage locations;
Maintain accurate inventory counts through cycle counts and audits;
Sort and stage outbound shipments by carrier and destination;
Load packages onto outbound trucks or conveyors safely;
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards);
Follow all health, safety, and PPE requirements;
Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to meet shift goals;
Communicate shortages, overages, or damaged goods to management;
Assist with training new associates as needed;
Meet productivity and quality KPIs (units per hour, error rate, etc.);
Complete all tasks in compliance with company SOPs and policies.

What We Are Looking For  To be successful in this role, we are looking for individuals who align with our core values and:
Are fluent in speaking, reading and writing English;
Are tech savvy and have navigated inventory management systems previously;
Can lift 50+ lbs on a continuous basis;
Have an exceptional ability to work as part of a team, and individually;
Are detail oriented;
Can stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts;
Can adhere to strict safety, quality, security, fulfillment production standards, and general company policies;
Thrive in a fast paced, exciting environment;
Are authorized to work in Canada.
