As the Purchasing Coordinator, you'll manage inventory levels, oversee the procurement of supplies, and lead annual inventory counts. Collaborating with cross-functional teams for Quality Management Reviews, you'll ensure streamlined operations and accurate reporting. Proficiency in NAVISION and Warehouse Management System is required for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Place and manage purchase orders for medical supplies
• Coordinate annual inventory counts with relevant teams
• Conduct supplier performance reviews quarterly
• Document and maintain inventory records
• Collaborate with warehouse teams for operations
Requirements:
• Minimum College diploma or GED essential
• At least one year of procurement or inventory experience
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Office
• Familiarity with WMS and inventory systems
• Capability to work in refrigerated environments
