As a full-time team member in the After Sales Service department, you’ll manage parts orders, maintain organized inventory, and assist both internal teams and customers. This role is perfect for those who enjoy structured work and seek stability in their careers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and maintain parts department efficiency
• Pick and pack parts accurately for orders
• Manage incoming inventory and ensure proper storage
• Answer inquiries regarding parts availability and pricing
• Monitor stock levels and conduct periodic audits
Requirements:
• Background in inventory control or warehouse operations
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong organization
• Proactive, hands-on work approach
