Job Summary ( 30 percent Forklift and 70 percent General Labor)
We are seeking a skilled Raymond Reach Operator / Order Picker to join our warehouse team. This role involves operating reach trucks to efficiently pick, pack, and organize products within a busy distribution environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with warehouse management systems, order picking, and heavy lifting, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced setting where mechanical knowledge and safety awareness are essential for success.###

Duties
* Operate Raymond Reach trucks and clamp trucks safely to pick orders accurately within the warehouse
* Use warehouse management systems to locate and select products efficiently
* Perform order picking tasks, ensuring correct quantities and product specifications are met
* Load and unload items using forklift or reach truck equipment as needed
* Conduct basic maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues promptly
* Assist in organizing stock and maintaining a clean, safe work environment
* Utilize basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and verifying order accuracy
* Heavy lifting of products up to specified weight limits to facilitate order processing
* Follow safety protocols at all times during operation of equipment and handling of goods### Experience
* Prior experience in warehouse distribution or logistics is preferred
* Familiarity with clamp trucks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment is highly desirable
* Mechanical knowledge is a plus for troubleshooting equipment issues
* Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or order picking software is advantageous
* Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
* Basic math skills necessary for inventory management and order accuracy
* Previous experience operating Raymond Reach trucks or similar equipment is preferred but not required; training will be provided for qualified candidates

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
