As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee a dynamic workforce, ensuring productivity and schedule adherence. Key responsibilities include managing assembly, shipping, and receiving processes, while maintaining inventory integrity and security. You will also provide training on policies, safety, and enhance workflows, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise shift workforce to maintain productivity

• Plan assembly and shipping workload sequences

• Ensure products are handled correctly

• Direct training for new procedures and policies

• Maintain inventory integrity based on operations

Requirements:

• Experience in Distribution Operations and Warehouse Management Systems

• Strong leadership and motivation skills

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends

• Knowledge of MS Office applications is an asset
