Lead distribution center operations in Cornwall, Ontario, with responsibility for scheduling, training, and daily workflow priorities. Support receiving, order filling, or shipping.
As a Team Leader Level III at Walmart, you will supervise daily DC functions and associates. The work includes staffing, start-up meetings, assignments, SOP training, and documentation. You will help meet customer requirements through productive, safe, and cost-efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule personnel across receiving, order filling, or shipping
- Conduct start-up meetings and organize daily assignments
- Train associates on standard operating procedures
- Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, and key performance indicators
- Administer coaching, accountability, and annual performance reviews
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to supervise daily distribution center operations
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
- Ability to communicate and interpret company policies
- Ability to support health, safety, and housekeeping programs
