Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking an exceptional Learning Support Assistant who is passionate about helping students overcome barriers to learning and fulfil their potential. Some require additional support to help them develop the knowledge, skills, confidence, and independence needed to achieve those goals. They need a Learning Support Assistant who will advocate for them, encourage them, and work alongside them to ensure they can thrive. You won't simply provide support; you will:

• Champion the success and wellbeing of students with additional learning needs
• Work alongside teachers to remove barriers to learning and achievement
• Deliver effective one-to-one and small-group interventions
• Develop students' confidence, independence, and self-belief
• Support the development of literacy skills that enable students to access the wider curriculum
• Help students achieve qualifications that open doors to future opportunities

Salary:
Up to £25,583 full time equivalent, actual salary £22,201 for term time only working

Contract Term:
