Avery Healthcare is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator for Merlin Court Care Home in Marlborough to maintain a safe, comfortable environment for residents and staff. You’ll oversee day-to-day facilities operation, coordinate routine upkeep, and respond to issues to keep the home running smoothly.
Ideal candidates have solid knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems, safety and fire safety expertise, and the judgment to act in residents' best interests.
