Payroll Tax Administrator – KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting

We are seeking a Payroll Tax Administrator to report to the Payroll Manager and assist with tax notices, employee inquiries, and payroll discrepancies.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate employee payroll records, including employer contributions.
  • Process weekly time sheets from the automated time collection system.
  • Prepare and submit tax files to third‑party services for statutory payroll reporting.
  • Register new state withholding and unemployment accounts as required.
  • Review and resolve payroll tax notices from state agencies.
  • Support year‑end reporting and W‑2 processing.
