About the Role:

Position

Purpose:

The Accounting Manager serves as a key finance leader responsible for the integrity of the company’s financial reporting, accounting operations, cost accounting, and internal control environment. Reporting to the Corporate Controller, this position oversees the monthly and year-end close processes, maintains compliance with U.S. GAAP, supports audit and regulatory requirements, and partners with operational leaders to provide meaningful financial analysis and business insights.

The Accounting Manager drives process improvements, automation initiatives, and financial best practices that enhance efficiency, support strategic decision-making, and contribute to the achievement of organizational objectives.

• Manage and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and year-end close procedures and deliverables on a timely basis.
• Lead the consolidation of financial results across multiple legal entities and ERP systems, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely reporting.
• Maintain and execute consolidation processes involving foreign currency translation, intercompany activity, eliminations, and conversion of local financial results to U.S. GAAP reporting requirements.
