This role will be based in our Marlborough, MA office. We offer a hybrid schedule with four days in the office and one remote day when appropriate.

ResponsibilitiesAs a Marketing Representative, you will assist with meeting planning, operate technology for internal and external meetings, and perform general office duties. The position reports to the AVP of Producer Relations and supports the Executive, Sales teams, and the Project and Event Manager.

- Work with Marketing and Producer Relations on gifting for events and occasions; order awards for employees and producers
- Provide support to the Executive and Producer Relations teams, including coordination and preparation of internal and external meetings and broker/client visits, running and circulating sales production reports, and submitting expense reports
- Support the Marlborough, MA office by coordinating meetings, supplies, and other general office functions
- Act as the liaison to Linked In for Linked In Sales Navigator
- Assist in planning company meetings and events, including SIIA
- Coordinate with the Marketing team in developing meeting materials such as agendas, tent cards, and name tags
- Provide administrative support for the Captive Symposium, including maintaining registration lists, handling guest requests with hotels, coordinating outside activities, mailing conference materials, gifts, and awards
- Assist the sales team with events and other tasks as needed
- Run technology for internal and external virtual meetings and events
- Work on a wide variety of internal and external ad‑hoc projects as required
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- System savvy and willing to learn new technology
- Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy and excellent grammar skills
- Ability to multi‑task, shift between tasks quickly, and adapt to changing priorities
- Positive attitude that helps to establish and maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers
- Proven Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to travel 10%
- 2+ years of experience working in a business environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to work with limited oversight

Benefits- Base Salary Range: $50,000 - $69,000
