Regional Sales Manager – Remote (Northeast Region)

Join Berkley Accident and Health, a division of W. R. Berkley Corporation, as a Regional Sales Manager to develop medical stop loss/captive program projects and grow distribution within the Northeast Region.

Remote with travel focused in the Metro NYC region.

• Develop and manage distribution within the assigned region.
• Identify industry sources and business alliances to create new program opportunities.
• Generate high volume pre‑qualified submissions for open captive programs.
• Support growth initiatives of open established programs.
• Call on and develop relationships with agencies and sources within the region.
• Leverage Berkley ESL Sales team relationships to increase program pipeline.
• Increase expertise in current and emerging risk management solutions.

• 10+ years sales experience with emphasis on medical stop loss insurance.
• Knowledge of group insurance product selling principles and strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

• Base salary and commission: $150,000 to $500,000.
