Business Development Specialist

TR Express is looking for a Business Development Specialist with proven experience in the auto transport industry to help expand our customer base, strengthen partnerships, and drive sustainable growth.

• Develop and execute business development strategies within the auto transport and logistics market
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities (dealers, brokers, manufacturers, and corporate clients)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitors to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure service excellence
• Represent TR Express professionally in meetings, calls, and industry events
• Proven experience in auto transport / vehicle logistics (required)
• Strong understanding of carrier–broker relationships and industry pricing
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline
• CRM experience is a plus

• Competitive compensation (base + commission, based on experience 150k- 200k year)
