SUMMARY
As the Financial Analyst you willbe responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making within the organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Support the company’s GHG emissions accounting, reporting and reduction efforts
- Establish system for tracking sustainability performance metrics and reporting results to internal leadership
- Track compliance with all applicable environmental and sustainability regulations
- Collaborate with and influence business partners at all levels through data driven analytics and insights
- Perform analysis of datasets to extract relevant information,identify trends, and generate actionable insights for the business
- Standardize and automate business processes, align sustainability reporting to changing business needs
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES- Strong working knowledge of Excel and Power BI
- Ability to solve problems and navigate complexity in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to take ownership, interact with all levels, setobjectives, and drive results
- Ability to communicate effectively, with developed business acumen and strategic thinking
- Excellent problem-solving and modeling skills
The salary for this position is determined by a combination of experience, skills, and education level. The compensation range is $65k-75K annually.
