Cadreforce is recruiting a Client Partner in Marlborough, Massachusetts, for a global technology services and consulting organization. As the executive owner of a retail account, you will connect customer priorities with technology capabilities, strengthen senior relationships and guide the partnership's commercial and delivery performance.

• Serve as an executive connection between customer leadership and your organization's leadership team.
• Build trusted relationships, understand strategic priorities and create opportunities for account expansion.
• Guide account strategy, governance, delivery assurance and financial performance.
• Work across teams to support customer satisfaction, business transformation and innovation.
• Bring insight into retail applications and platforms to client discussions and growth plans.

• 15 or more years of relevant experience, including a demonstrated track record in sales and delivery.
• Retail industry experience and a strong understanding of retail applications and platforms.
• Experience managing CXO and SVP relationships and aligning senior stakeholders.
• Evidence of leading transformation, expanding client relationships and achieving delivery outcomes.
• Strategic and commercial judgment, with the ability to connect technology initiatives to business priorities.
