Sr. Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a Sr. Construction Superintendent to manage on‑site operations and coordinate subcontractors to ensure timely completion of solar construction projects. The role requires overseeing quality control, conducting quality inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

• Manage day‑to‑day operations and administrative duties on site.
• Coordinate work on site and manage subcontractors.
• Review and interpret construction drawings and plans to ensure work is executed according to specifications.
• Communicate regularly with the project team and provide updates on project progress.
• Manage inventory and deliveries on site.
• Take pictures of progress and report back to the project manager.
• Conduct inspections and document information from other contractors/engineers to ensure it is communicated to the right people.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, OSHA and company policies.

• Strong experience in civil construction, electrical, and mechanical aspects of solar construction.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings (civil, electrical, and mechanical).
• Proficient with Procore, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Apple iPads.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to travel as required; a company truck will be provided.

• Experience in ground mount solar management preferred.
• Leadership experience overseeing crews in construction.
• Solar construction experience is highly desired.

• The work environment involves construction project sites, specifically ground mount solar projects.
• All projects are conveniently located within an hour of the office.
• The team consists of 50‑55 employees, fostering a close‑knit and collaborative atmosphere.

Contract to Hire position based out of Marlborough, MA.

The pay range for this position is $45.00 – $50.00/hr.
