Competitive pay, flex hours, part-time! We are looking to hire a Multi-Instrumentalist! Combo Drummer, Piano and Guitarist! The ideal candidate will have a background in music education and previous experience in teaching music. This role involves teaching from an established curriculum (you don't need to plan the lessons, we do it for you!) and fostering a positive learning environment!

Bach to Rock offers the opportunity to work a flexible part time schedule in a fun environment with other like-minded musicians. We handle the marketing, scheduling, booking, billing and other business aspects of the lessons & group classes so that you can focus on teaching. B2R offers an hourly rate that is based on education, experience, expertise, and availability. This Bach to Rock is locally owned and operated by Panamanda, Inc.

• Teach private, semi-private lessons using Bach to Rock curriculum and cover song arrangements
• The roll can include providing band coaching to small rock / pop ensembles for the purposes of live performance and recordings
• Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their growth
• Assess a student’s readiness to join a band or ensemble
• Assist at school events

• Must demonstrate an understanding of music concepts, theory, techniques relevant to their instrument(s) and be able to communicate those concepts effectively to students
• Be able to teach from music lesson books
• Previous music teaching experience
• Playing 2+ instruments adds more students to your schedule
• Ability to pass a background check
• Part-time, weekdays required

• Rehearsal space, audio recording equipment and lessons
