About the OrganizationCrossroads Continuum is a private, non-profit organization that provides personalized, evidence-based services across the lifespan. Crossroads School, a program within Crossroads Continuum, is a private day school based in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and approved by the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE). We serve students pre-K through 12th grade and post-graduate (ages 3–22) in a bright, supportive school environment.

Role SummaryAs an Applied Behavior Analysis Teacher (ABAT), you’ll work directly with children, adolescents, or young adults, implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), fostering academic, social, and life skills, and ensuring high-quality services. This is a dynamic role with a consistent, family-friendly schedule (7:30am–3:00pm, Monday–Friday) that supports work/life balance.
Responsibilities- Implement IEPs and ABA-based instructional strategies
- Support academic, social, and life skills development
- Monitor and document student progress
- Collaborate with case managers, therapists, and families
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment
- Bachelor degree required; relevant education or experience preferred
- Must pass all required background screenings (CORI, DDS CORI, Fingerprinting, DDPC)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Experience with ABA, special education, or direct care is a plus
- Strong adaptability and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds alone, or more with assistance/adaptive equipment
Compensation: $50,000–$50,329 yearly
