• Servicing Automation Equipment in the Marlborough, MA area.
• Installing, troubleshooting, repairing and performing preventative maintenance on all Siemens Healthcare Automation instrumentation with minimal supervision.
• Delivering timely and effective repairs and providing adequate operator training to ensure optimal system performance.
• Managing company assets including a car, cell phone, computer, tools and inventory parts.
• Establishing and maintaining proper business relationships with customers and peers, and accurately performing necessary administrative duties.

• Minimum high school diploma; technical associate’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer (biomedical engineer) servicing instruments.
• Proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Proficiency in necessary network applications and tools (e.g., eVO, mButler, MS Office, Concur, NAM Customer Service website).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to drive independently day and night.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders and step stools, and perform repetitive motions.

Base Pay Range: $66,980 – $92,092. Commision eligibility may apply.
