Position: Mechanical Engineer

The Mechanical Engineer will support R&D for product development of bioprocessing equipment.

  • 2-4 years experience with either a BS or MS degree.
  • This role requires a technical aptitude and understanding of P&'s, vessels, piping systems, instrumentation, controls, and heating/cooling.
  • Ability to assemble, operate, and troubleshoot mechanical systems safely in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experienced with ERP systems to create BOM's and execute ECO's.
  • Create purchase specifications for equipment with an understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the bioprocessing equipment industry.
  • Create and execute test protocols and reports.
  • Direct experience with heating and cooling equipment desired.
  • Hands-on experience desired.
