WhatYou Will Do
- Develop concepts of operations for radar systems.
- Responsible for radar processing algorithm development.
- Responsible for radar software requirements development.
- Perform statistical and numerical analysis of radar performance data.
- Develop analysis tools to support problem identification and resolution.
- Work with Systems and Software Engineers to develop and implement solutions.
- Present findings and solutions to Leadership and/or Customers.
- Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 2 years of prior engineering experience or equivalent experience.
- Experience with tools such as MATLAB/Python or C++.
- 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships).
- Active and transferable Secret U.S. government‑issued security clearance required prior to start date (U.S. citizenship required).
- Cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher.
- Active Secret U.S. security clearance.
- Experience with design, development, and analysis of radar system and software architectures.
- Experience with signal processing techniques in complex propagation environments.
- Design experience in radar system areas such as antenna, receiver/exciter, waveforms, digital beamforming, multi‑sensor track management, data fusion, adaptive signal processing, clutter mitigation, electronic attack and protection, sensor resource management, and mission planning.
- Requirements development experience, including use of DOORS.
- Experience with technical writing and oral presentations.

- Eligibility for annual short‑term and/or long‑term incentive compensation programs depending on level and coverage.
