• Develop concepts of operations for radar systems.
• Responsible for radar processing algorithm development.
• Responsible for radar software requirements development.
• Perform statistical and numerical analysis of radar performance data.
• Develop analysis tools to support problem identification and resolution.
• Work with Systems and Software Engineers to develop and implement solutions.
• Present findings and solutions to Leadership and/or Customers.

• Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 2 years of prior engineering experience or equivalent experience.
• Experience with tools such as MATLAB/Python or C++.
• 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships).
• Active and transferable Secret U.S. government‑issued security clearance required prior to start date (U.S. citizenship required).

• Cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher.
• Active Secret U.S. security clearance.
• Experience with design, development, and analysis of radar system and software architectures.
• Experience with signal processing techniques in complex propagation environments.
• Design experience in radar system areas such as antenna, receiver/exciter, waveforms, digital beamforming, multi‑sensor track management, data fusion, adaptive signal processing, clutter mitigation, electronic attack and protection, sensor resource management, and mission planning.
• Requirements development experience, including use of DOORS.
• Experience with technical writing and oral presentations.

• Salary range: $66,000 - $130,000 USD.
